Documents Required from the Applicant (Soft Copies Only):

• Passport Copy: A scanned copy of the passport with at least 6 months of validity and 2 blank pages. Include scanned copies of all used pages.
• Old Passports: Scanned copies of all used pages of any old passports, if applicable.
• Photograph: A digital copy of a recent photograph (white background, glossy finish, 80% face coverage, dimensions: 45mm x 35mm, with clear visibility of eyes and face).
• Accommodation Proof: Documentation proving your accommodation in Australia.
• Vaccination Proof: Evidence of vaccination, if applicable.
• Aadhar Card Copy: A scanned copy of your Aadhar card.
• Bank Statement: An online bank statement from the last 6 months, showing sufficient funds for your expenses in Australia. This statement should be dated close to your visa application.
• Employment Proof: Depending on your employment status:
• Employee: Leave sanction letter from your employer (from a government body if applicable) + last 3 months' salary statements (for private firms) + optional company ID card.
• Business Owner: GST/proprietorship certificate, registration certificate, memorandum of association, articles of association, partnership deed, PAN card, company bank statement, and 3 years of ITR acknowledgment.
• Retired: Retirement certificate or letter, copy of the pension book, and pension statements for the last three months.
• Student: Leave sanction letter and school/college ID card.
• Travel Purpose Documentation: Any other documents that explain your reason for traveling to Australia.
• Family Information Form: Completed family information form.

Documents Required from the Inviter in Australia:

• Invitation Letter: An invitation letter addressed to the Australian Embassy.
• Proof of Status: A photocopy of a document proving your inviter’s status in Australia, such as a passport copy or PR card.
• Employment Proof of the Inviter: Documentation showing the inviter's employment status.
• Bank Statement of the Inviter: A recent bank statement showing financial capability.
• Tax Filing Proof: Documentation of tax filing by the inviter if they are covering your expenses.
• Accommodation Proof: Documents showing the inviter's accommodation, such as a tenancy agreement or land registry.
