10-Year Canada Tourist Visa
Travel Fort simplifies the process of obtaining a 10-year Canada tourist visa. This visa allows you to explore Canada for up to a decade with multiple entries. You can travel freely to and from Canada during the visa validity, making long-term travel planning convenient and hassle-free.
Documents Required from the Applicant (Soft Copies Only)
- Passport Copy: A scanned copy of the original passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages. Include scanned copies of all used pages of old passports, if any.
- Photograph: A digital copy of a recent photograph with a white background, glossy finish, and dimensions of 45mm x 35mm. The photo should cover 80% of your face with clear visibility of your eyes and face.
- Relationship Proof: Documentation to show your relationship with the inviting person/organization in Canada (if applicable).
- Vaccination Proof: Evidence of vaccination (if applicable).
- Bank Statement: The last 6 months’ bank statement on A4 size paper with the bank’s sign and seal. Ensure sufficient funds to cover your expenses if you’re self-funded. Submit a statement dated close to your visa application.
- Income Tax Returns (ITR): Personal ITR for the last 3 years (if applicable).
- Financial Documents: Other supporting documents, such as Fixed Deposits (FDs) or investments, if applicable.
- Employment Proof: Based on employment status:
- Business Owners: Proprietorship certificate, Certificate of Registration, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Partnership Deed, PAN Card, and NOC from partners/directors (if applicable).
- Employees: Leave sanction letter, last 3 months’ salary slips, and company ID card.
- Students: Leave sanction letter from school (if traveling on school days), bonafide certificate (if traveling during holidays), and student ID card.
- Retired Individuals: Retirement certificate or letter, pension book copy, and last 3 months’ pension statements.
- Travel Proof: Flight itinerary (if possible).
- Family Information Form: Complete and submit the attached form.
- PP Form: Fill out and submit the attached form.
Documents Required from the Inviter in Canada
- Invitation Letter: Addressed to the Canadian Embassy and including:
- Details of the applicant: full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, relationship, purpose of visit, duration of stay, accommodation details, financial arrangement, and intended departure date.
- Details of the inviter: full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, job title, citizenship or PR status, details of dependents, and the household size, including sponsored individuals.
- Proof of Status: A photocopy of a document proving the inviter’s status in Canada, such as:
- Canadian birth certificate (if born in Canada).
- Canadian citizenship card (if naturalized).
- PR card or IMM 1000 proof of landing (if a permanent resident).
- Bank Statement: The inviter’s bank statement for the last 6 months, demonstrating sufficient funds if covering the applicant’s expenses.
- Employment Proof: Documentation proving the inviter’s employment.
- Tax Filing Proof: Tax filing records if the inviter is sponsoring the applicant’s stay.
- Accommodation Proof: Documents showing the inviter’s accommodation, such as a tenancy agreement or land registry.
