Required Documents:

From the Applicant:

• Current Passport – Valid with at least 6 months remaining, including all used pages scanned.
• Old Passports – Scanned copies of all used pages, if applicable.
• Photographs – Two passport-size photos (2.5 inches x 2.5 inches) with a white background, clearly showing the full face, including ears and hair, without shadows.
• Onward and Return Ticket Itinerary – Can be arranged upon request (additional charges apply).
• Accommodation Proof – Confirmed booking or relevant proof for your stay in Turkey.
• Updated Bank Statement – Last 3 months' statement on A4 paper, signed and sealed by the bank, showing a balance of at least ₹1 lakh per person.
• Income Tax Returns (ITR) – For the last 3 years, if applicable.
• Occupation Proof:
• For Business Owners: GST certificate, Proprietorship Certificate, Registration Certificate, Memorandum/Articles of Association, Partnership Deed, and PAN card. (Notarization and Mantralaya/MEA attestation required for all applicants, even in groups.)
• For Employees: Leave sanction letter (company letterhead with original signature/seal), last 3 months’ salary slips, and company ID card.
• For Students: Leave sanction letter from school (on letterhead with signature/seal), a bonafide certificate for holiday travel, and student ID card copy.
• For Retirees: Retirement certificate or letter and a copy of the pension book.

For Minors Traveling:

• Consent Letter – From both parents, notarized on ₹100 stamp paper with attached photos of the parents and minor.
• Parents’ Passport Copies – Attached with minor’s application.
• NOC (Non-Objection Certificate):
• From both parents if the minor is traveling alone or with one parent.
• If one parent resides abroad, an NOC from the Indian Embassy/Consulate in the parent's country of residence, along with a copy of their passport and resident card/visa.
