UK 180 Days Tourist Visa

The 180-day rule for UK tourist visas limits the duration of a single visit to six months. However, this doesn't restrict the number of times you can enter and exit the UK within the overall validity period of your visa.

Documents from Applicant in India:

• Original Passport (valid for at least 6 months with 2 blank pages)
• Old passports (if any)

• Employment/Business Proof:
• For Business: GST/Proprietorship certificate, Memorandum of Association, PAN Card, NOC from partners (if applicable)
• For Employee: Leave sanction letter, last 3 months' salary slips, company ID card
• For Students: Leave sanction letter or Bonafide Certificate, Student ID
• For Retired Individuals: Pension payment order/statement

• Last 3 months' bank statement with sufficient funds (signed and sealed)
• Last 3 years' ITR (if applicable)
• Proof of accommodation in the UK (hotel vouchers or other arrangements)

Documents from Inviter in the UK:

• Invitation Letter
• Passport copy & UK Residence Permit

If host is sponsoring your travel:

• Sponsor’s employment proof & salary slips (last 3 months)
• Sponsor’s bank statement (last 3 months) showing sufficient funds
• Sponsor’s tax payment documents

UK Student Visa

Work Visa (Tier 2) Dependent:

Tier 2 Dependent Visa/ skilled worker dependent visa, permits family members of Skilled Worker visa holders to live, work, and study in the UK.
