Required Documents:

From the Applicant:

• Original Passport – Valid for at least six months.
• Photographs – Three recent passport-size photos (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, white background, 80% face coverage, without borders).
• Ticket Copy – Confirmed onward and return flight tickets.
• Hotel Booking – Proof of accommodation for the entire duration of stay in Egypt.
• Tour Confirmation Vouchers – If applicable.
• Bank Statement – Applicant’s last six-month personal bank statement showing a minimum balance of INR 85,000 per person or an amount exceeding the tour cost (on A4 paper, signed, and sealed by the bank).
• ITR Acknowledgment – For the last three years (if applicable).
• Proof of Occupation:
• For Business Owners: Business registration proof, company bank statement for the last six months (with sign and seal), and company ITR acknowledgment for the last three years.
• For Employees: Leave sanction letter from the employer, last three months’ salary statements, and a company ID card.
• For Students: Leave sanction letter from the school (if traveling during working days), bonafide certificate (if traveling during holidays), and student ID card copy.
• For Retired Individuals: Retirement certificate/letter or copy of the pension book and pension statements for the last three months.
